It's time for a Thankful Thursday blog post! I thought it would be fun this week to share with you all what I’m thankful for from A-Z:
Beach walkin’ in the middle of November! Just so crazy thinking we can do this when, by this time,we were usually layered up in the Midwest!
Dinner dates with the Schmaltz family! They are the best hosts while Grant’s away and always include me in their dinner plans.
Fall mornings when I wake up so warm and snuggly in bed (usually with the dogs, ha), crawl out, put a sweatshirt on and grab my coffee. I also love that by noon, I'm able to open up all the windows and doors to whoosh in fresh air and let the light shine in and warm us up!
Grant. He’s my best friend and my #1 fan. He is a hard worker, Godly man and a humble leader. I’m the luckiest girl in the world to be his wife!
Hugs. I’m a hugger and I think hugs make any day better.
Italian Chopped Salad. This salad is so so so good.
Laughter is the best medicine! It cures heavy hearts, tired minds, is contagious and there is nothing like a good belly laugh.
Maverick (and Murphy; we’re watching him for a little bit while our friends are moving!). These two dogs are the BEST dog friends ever. They have tons of personality and I love having them work from home with me every day.
New music. I’m slightly embarrassed to let you know but I really like a few of the new Justin Bieber songs … Ah! I also have a few new Chris Young songs in the mix and Jordan Smith’s Great Is Thy Faithfulness from his Voice performance. It is awesome. If you haven’t heard it go listen now!
(to be) Overwhelmed with gratitude.
Productive Days. I have been working like a mad woman lately, but this week I have finally been able to cross a few really big projects of my to-do list and that feels so wonderful. Now, back to work …
Quiet time after a long day of work.
Roasted heirloom tomato soup. This soup is the bomb and add an oooey gooey grilled cheese … perfection!
SheReadsTruth newest study: Psalms Of Gratitude and mornings spent doing the study with Kaylee.
Thanksgiving planning! This year both of our families are headed to the beach for the holiday and I cannot wait until we’re all together laughing, eating, playing games, watching football, singing and dancing.
Vacation, staycation; any day off is fun.
Women of God who are a big inspiration and light in my life.
X … this has me stumped, when you think of one let me know!
Yummy comfort food as the days get shorter and the nights get colder.
ZZZZzzzzzz’s. Snuggles in the morning, naps in the afternoon, tucked in at night.
What are you thankful for this week? I'd love for you to share in the comments!
